Our 9 en-suite bedrooms are stylishly decorated with a variety of features such as free wireless internet, air conditioning and the highest quality linen. Some have balconies, others enjoy private courtyards, deck / garden access with outdoor seating and braaiing facilities.

Well-equipped kitchenettes have been added to all our rooms to give a self-catering option during Covid uncertainties. Our Guest House with its ample doors and windows allow for good indoor ventilation, fresh Atlantic Sea air! Each guest room has its own independent air conditioner, the filters of which are continuously cleaned and monitored for timeous replacement, allowing fresh air to be drawn from the outside.

We limit our environmental footprint wherever we can so, to absorb odours and fumes as well as to sustaining oxygen levels thereby promoting better sleep, we have added a Spider Plant or two to every room. NASA tests have shown it to be the champion cleanser of air!

Our rooms feature all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay for both leisure and business travel.

We are flexible and late check-in’s and check-out’s can be arranged.

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, we like to waken our guests with the heavenly scent of home baked muffins / buttermilk pancakes and freshly brewed coffee. Our lavish Cape-style spread consists of hearty oats in winter, homemade muesli, sliced seasonal fruit, breads and cheeses sourced from specialist local suppliers. Herbs are handpicked from our kitchen garden, compost supplied by our hardworking composting worms! Breakfast is served at an additional cost.

Is on-site parking available?

There is limited on-site parking available, please advise in advance if you would like to reserve a parking bay. Off-street parking is also available. We have two secure lock-up garages for cycles, motor and electric bikes, scooters.

Does your Guest House accommodation cater for children?

Children of all ages are welcome at Leeuwenzee, subject to availability of selected child-friendly rooms and equipment that can accommodate a child sharing with parents. On request, we put a proper standard single bunk bed / and or cot, into these rooms. 

• Infants 0-3 years stay free when sharing with adults.
• Children 4 – 11 are charged a flat fee of R250.00 per child, per night when sharing with adults.
• Children 12-16 years are charged a flat fee of R450 per child, per night when sharing with adults.
• Children staying in a room by themselves will be charged full adult rates.
• No third adult and/or child over the age of 16 are/is permitted to share a studio or room.
