About The Aquarium

The aquarium is home to over 3,000  sea creatures, many of which are endemic to the South African coastline,visitors can observe sharks, penguins, rays, fish, eels, jellyfish, and many other fascinating creatures. One of the aquarium’s main highlights is the large predator exhibit, which features several species of sharks, rays, and other large predatory fish.

A PADI-certified Scuba Diving course is also available to individuals looking to become certified divers. Adventure Diving is available for certified scuba divers seeking an adrenaline rush. The Adventure Diving program allows experienced divers to explore the aquarium’s exhibits.

What is the entrance fee into the aquarium?

Adults tickets are R235, Children 14-17 years old are R175, Children 4-13 years old are R110, Children under 4 years old for free, South African pensioners are R175 and South African Students are R175. Tickets prices may change.

What times are the aquarium open?

Daily from 9:30 – 18:00.

Two Oceans Aquarium from Leeuwenzee

Head northwest on Regent Rd toward St Johns Rd. Turn right onto Beach Rd/M6.
Continue straight to stay on Beach Rd/M6. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Portswood Rd. At the next traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Dock Rd. Turn right onto South Arm Rd. Turn left onto Aquarium Rd. The Two Oceans Aquarium will be on your left.
