After your hike head over to a local spot in Sea Point for breakfast. There are so many places to choose from coffee shops to artisan cafes.
Saturday afternoon’s itinerary
Take an Uber to the Iziko Bo-Kaap Museum where you will learn about the unique traditions and customs of the Cape Malay people. Explore the vibrant neighborhood with the picturesque, colorful houses of the Bo-Kaap.
Head over to The Neighbourgoods Market for lunch. You will find many different food stalls with gourmet foods, health foods, baked goods, coffee, craft beer and more. This is also an opportunity to buy a memento from one of the local craft stalls.

Take a leisurely evening stroll on the popular Sea Point Promenade which is only 1km from our guest house. Enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic ocean.

To end off your day enjoy a night out in Long street. You will find a lively, social atmosphere with restaurants, clubs and pubs offering their own unique scene and food.

Sunday morning’s itinerary
Enjoy the breakfast option at Leeuwenzee before you head out for your day of exploring.
Take an Uber to Table Mountain and go up the cable cart and explore the top of the mountain. You will be met with breathtaking views. This is a bucket list experience, being on top of a natural wonder.
Sunday afternoon’s itinerary
Afterwards head over to the Castle Of Good Hope to learn about South African military history. You will also have the chance to witness the Key Ceremony performance, which includes a reenactment of unlocking the signal cannon, followed by its firing.
Head over to the popular Kleinsky’s Delicatessen in Sea Point for lunch. They specialize in bagels and have other delicious options too.
Sunday evening’s
Go for a early evening swim or stroll at one of Sea Points beaches. The beaches are clean and well maintained. There are several beaches in Sea Point close to our guest house.
